Axom Consulting recruits and finds people with the goal of having them work
in the city they reside – usually from a virtual, home, or business office
while reaching-out to businesses around the world.

The position will require you to focus on Social Media and digital marketing, and you will also be involved in Business Development and Marketing & Communication tasks.

Basic requirements for the Business Development Director role are:

Degree in business or marketing with an IMC background preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Assist in the business development process from A to Z
Sourcing for potential clients
Writing and posting news & articles
Participate in the SEO/SEM process
Identify new potential opportunities
Good written and oral English skills
Savvy Internet Marketeer
Good knowledge of Social Networks and Social Media
Autonomy, initiative, resiliency, professionalism, curiosity and courtesy

You do not necessarily have to live in Sydney for this position

Requirements:
There is little or no travel and must have own computer.
Connection to the internet.
A positive, understanding, listening person.
A self-starter that can work independently and with a team.

Compensation:
Your compensation is based on performance, with an escalating commission and
bonuses keyed to a percentage of selected programs with an earning potential
of $100K +
